Elizabeth Long graduated with a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Elizabeth has worked in the area of immigration advocacy since 1997 first as a caseworker with non-profit organizations and later as a lawyer. She has worked at one of the top corporate law firms in Canada before leaving to found Long Mangalji LLP. Elizabeth has managed the corporate immigration files of many Fortune 500 companies as well as represented high-profiled immigration clients who have appeared in the national media.

Elizabeth is an active advocate of immigration and refugee rights in Canada and frequently presents and advises on immigration issues to organizations, Members of Parliament, unions, and the media. She is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada; Canadian Bar Association; Ontario Bar Association, Citizenship and Immigration Law Section; Refugee Immigrant Advisory Council; and the Executive Committee of the Refugee Lawyers Association.

Elizabeth speaks English and Mandarin.

Aadil Mangalji graduated with a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Dean's list distinction from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Aadil has worked in the area of migration law since 2003. He has held positions at a legal aid clinic as well as at a leading corporate immigration law firm. He is a partner at Long Mangalji LLP.

His interest in migration law extends to academics, where he has written a number of articles dealing with immigration issues. In addition to being published in the Ontario Bar Association newsletter he was also selected to present his paper on migration barriers faced by individuals living with HIV/AIDS at the World Aids Conference held in Toronto, Ontario. He is also a frequent presenter on refugee issues to various non-profit organizations.

Aadil is an active advocate of immigration and refugee rights in Canada and appears regularly at Federal Court, Immigration Appeal Division, and the Refugee Board. He is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada; Canadian Bar Association; and the Refugee Lawyers Association.

Aadil speaks English, French, and Gujrati.
