Procedure

It is vital to the success of an immigration application that each course of action is carefully planned according to the individual situation ahead of time. That is why we have carefully designed the following process to cater to your needs:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We will provide you with an initial consultation meeting if you have an enquiry about how you or someone else can come into Canada or remain as a temporary or permanent resident. During this meeting, we will discuss the routes by which you can achieve your goals, the chances of success for your applications, and provide you with a timeline as to when you can reasonably expect the application to be prepared by our office and processed by the government. If you indicate that you would like to retain our services, you will receive a retainer agreement which will outline the scope of our services, the fee schedule, and your obligations. Fees for our services to assist with your application will apply only after you agree to the terms of the retainer agreement.

Step 2: Collecting the Documentation

Once you have retained our services, an initial list of documents required for your application will be sent to you. You will work with us personally to ensure that the documentation is complete and presented in the correct manner.

Step 3: Preparing the Lawyer's Submissions

At our initial consultation, you will be provided with a timeline whereby you can anticipate that our submissions will be completed.

Step 4: Submitting your Application

We provide expert advice on which government offices are most likely to be able to process your application efficiently and successfully and we will follow up with the government offices to ensure that your application is properly handled.
