Benjamin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 after articling at an immigration law firm. His practice encompasses all areas of immigration and refugee law. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association - Citizenship and Immigration Law Section, the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario.

Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor law degree from Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Ethics, Society & Law from Trinity College at the University of Toronto. He is also the recipient of the Queen’s Law Prize in Immigration Law.

Benjamin discovered his passion for immigration and refugee law while completing his Juris Doctor law degree at Queen’s University. Having lived, studied and travelled to over 55 countries, Benjamin understands that the world is filled with incredible people who are ready, willing and able to make a positive contribution to Canada.
