Canada has just implemented new immigration provisions under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). There are several provisions under this category that will make it easier for citizens of members states of the EU to obtain work permits in Canada without Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs).
